现任昆山康桥学校IB课程处校长,同时担任IB组织亚太区MYP与DP培训官及巡视官、中华国际文凭学校协会(CISA)副会长,并于英国牛津大学完成教育学博士后研究。

自2009年起,林博士投身于IB国际文凭组织,专注于课程发展研究工作。她负责规划并推动IB各课程的持续发展,撰写并发表多篇具有影响力的课程研究报告。此外,林博士通过组织线下及线上专业论坛与培训活动,积极协调各国及地区专业人士,共同参与IB课程的本土化设计与教育培训工作。

2013年起,林宇澔博士全面负责昆山康桥学校IBPYP、MYP与DP课程的组建及认证,引领学校IB课程体系的建设与发展。

 

昆山康桥学校小学IBPYP部门的主任兼PYP课程项目协调员,始终将教育视为一项赋能未来、塑造生命的事业。

毕业于美国加州Azusa Pacific University,获得全球教育英语教学硕士学位,并持有美国加州小学教师资格证及IBMYP中学项目教师资格证。

曾在美国TESOL学术研讨年会、加州CATESOL学术研讨年会及中国学习共同体学术论坛发表语言习得及IBPYP项目研究成果,具备18年教育实践及5年以上国际课程管理经验。

学前教育本科和护理学本科毕业,拥有上海复旦大学附属中山医院六年临床经验,十年以上国际幼儿园幼儿保健实战经验,专注于构建园所卫生保健体系。

持有护士执业证、高级保育师资格证、红十字会急救证、苏州市卫生保健员证、幼儿园教师资格证、家庭教育指导师证、园长证等。协同团队完成幼儿园注册及托育园备案,持续推动卫生保健工作并取得卫生保健合格园证书。

 

音乐教育专业背景,深耕 0-3 岁婴幼儿教育领域 8 年,兼具 6 年课程研发与教学管理实战经验;熟稔蒙氏课程体系,拥有幼儿多元课程设计与落地经验,尤其擅长融合奥尔夫音乐与绘本资源,打造趣味与启智兼具的特色课程。
