Jodee Lourenssen

Jodee以犯罪学的学士学位毕业于加拿大的Carleton大学。她对于教学的热情源于帮助加拿大的孩子们强化语言能力。Jodee在中国的教学生涯开始于2018年。她的学生们有着不同的英语基础，她对于3-14岁的学生更是有着独到的教学经验。除教学外，她也受过专业的课堂管理和课程计划培训。在2020年，由于杰出的工作能力，她得到了荣誉证书。Jodee致力于为孩子们创造一个安全，包容的学习环境，让孩子们在其中感到舒适，自信且对学习充满热情。她有着优秀的交流能力，细心关注孩子们的需求和健康，能够应用多种多样的教学方式。

Jodee graduated with honors from Carleton University Ontario, Canada where she earned a BA in Criminology and Criminal Justice. Her passion for teaching began when she worked with young students in Canada to assess and improve their language proficiency.  Jodee’s teaching career in China began in 2018 where she had the opportunity to teach a large array of students from different proficiency levels. Her expertise is in the area of young learners from ages 3-14. In addition to her teaching role, she underwent extensive training to learn about classroom management, positive discipline techniques and the art of lesson planning and curriculum development. In 2020, she was awarded the honorary credential for her outstanding work performance. Jodee is dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment where students are comfortable, confident, and excited to learn. She has strong communication skills, is attentive to children’s needs and health, and applies different teaching philosophies so that all learning styles can be reached.
