Ms. Frias-Gavidia is Spanish-Venezuelan and has 25 years of teaching experience in international schools. Her degrees in Special Education and Counseling are from two different universities in Venezuela and she is currently working on a Master's degree focusing on Leadership in Education, through the University of Bath. Ms. Frias-Gavidia moved to Beijing in 2006 after having worked in Venezuela, the Philippines, the Sultanate of Oman and Thailand.
