Gina is the primary principal for the Primary Years Programme (PYP).  She works with students from K3 to grade 5 and is very enthusiastic about learning!  Gina is from the small province of Prince Edward Island in Canada.  She received her Bachelor of Science from Dalhousie University, then went on to graduate from UPEI with a Bachelor of Education.  Gina is currently studying at Royal Roads University completing her Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Management.

 Gina is passionate about inquiry-based learning and loves watching students experience an “ah ha” moment upon learning something new.  She believes strongly in a student-centered approach to learning and is always seeking new ways to enhance learning for students.  Gina enjoys collaborating with students, teachers, parents, and members of our ISNS community to enrich our IB Programmes and learning experiences for students. 

 Gina is very excited that ISNS is able to offer the PYP as an official IB World School and looks forward to watching students grow, develop, and learn this year!
