Formerly Academic Principal at Nanjing Jinling High School and Beijing Renda Fuzhong High School, Vice-Director of Studies at Dipont Education, Research Fellow at Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, India.           
Mr Bhatt has been instrumental in the development of international education in China for about twelve years and has been involved in the early developments of some of the key public schools offering international programs across China. He was the founding principal of the International Centre of the Beijing Renda Fuzhong and Nanjing Jinling High School. In his eighteen years of teaching and learning career, his five years with Luhe International Academy (BLIA) have been full of learning, innovation and change – the three characteristics that define an evolving organisation. He believes BLIA is a progressive school with a promising future.    
His research interests include international education in China, Chinese and western leadership in education, philosophy of followership, and the use of parables in the development of leaders and followers.
