本次开放日，我们特别邀请到两位重磅教育嘉宾，带来干货满满的专题讲座：心理学与教育学双硕士、中科院心理所儿童早期教育指导师、国家二级心理咨询师、危机干预专家叶月幽老师，主讲《激发孩子内驱力的关键秘诀》；
At this Open Day,we have specially invited two distinguished education experts to deliver insightful thematic lectures:Ms.Ye Yueyou,a double master’s degree holder in Psychology and Education,an Early Childhood Education Instructor at the Institute of Psychology,Chinese Academy of Sciences,a National Level 2 Psychological Counselor,and a crisis intervention specialist,will give a lecture titled The Key Secrets to Inspiring Children’s Internal Drive.
宁碧小初部校长、中学一级教师、国家二级心理咨询师、NCDA认证青少年生涯规划导师，拥有20余年语文一线教学经验的邓知青校长，主讲《做孩子教育的长期主义者》。两位嘉宾分别从专业心理学与一线教育实践出发，为家长拨开育儿迷雾，解读教育核心。
Principal Deng Zhiqing,Principal of the Primary and Junior High School Division at Ningxiang Country Garden School,a Level 1 Middle School Teacher,a National Level 2 Psychological Counselor,an NCDA-certified Adolescent Career Development Mentor,with over 20 years of frontline Chinese teaching experience,will speak on Being a Long-Termist in Your Child’s Education.Drawing from professional psychology and frontline educational practice respectively,the two speakers will help parents clear up confusion in parenting and interpret the core of education.
讲座中，叶月幽老师将结合自身育儿经验与专业心理学知识，拆解孩子内驱力流失的核心原因，分享可落地的激发方法；宁碧小初部邓校将立足校园教育实践，从家校协同角度，引导家长建立长期主义育儿观，助力孩子平稳度过小初关键阶段，让教育成为一场彼此滋养的旅程。
During the lectures,Ms.Ye Yueyou will combine her own parenting experience with professional psychological knowledge to analyze the key reasons for the loss of children’s internal drive and share practical strategies to inspire it.Principal Deng of the Primary and Junior High School Division will base her insights on real-school educational practice and guide parents to adopt a long-term perspective on parenting from the angle of home-school collaboration.She will help children smoothly navigate the critical primary and junior high school stages,making education a mutually nurturing journey for both parents and children.
