What an incredible English Week we've had! From creative costumes to extreme readingadventures, our students have fully embraced the joy of stories and literature. Here's arecap of the highlights and a big thank you for your support in making it all possible.
The creativity on display during our Book Character Dress-Up Day was amazing! We saweverything from Willy Wonka to Harry Potter, and even a few surprise appearances (whoknew we had so many superhero readers?) The students loved sharing their favouritecharacters, and the excitement was contagious. A special thank you to those who helped puttogether such fantastic costumes, your effort made the day unforgettable.Our Book Swap was a huge hit as students eagerly traded their pre-loved books for newadventures to dive into. lt was wonderful to see them discussing stories, recommendingfavourites, and leaving with fresh reading material. A big thank you to everyone whodonated books and to the Britannica librarians for helping to supervise the process; we hopeeveryone enjoys their new books! The entries for our Extreme Reading Photo Competitionwere absolutely fantastic! From reading whilst feeding an elephant to reading whilstskateboarding, our students proved that reading can happen anywhere.
