As the hot summer is coming to an end, after a fulfilling and happy holiday, HIKSVS has started its journey to the new term. It's a fresh start, and every student may encounter new challenges, have new opportunities to redefine themselves, explore the unknown and pursue excellence.

炎炎暑退，金风送爽。在度过了一个充实快乐的假期后，华兰萨顿开启了新学期之旅。这不仅是一个时间节点，更是一个全新的开始。新学期，每一位同学都有机会遇到新的挑战，重新定义自己，探索未知，追求卓越。

Before the start of our new academic year, our teach-ers had devoted themselves to teaching and re-
search, training, learning, lesson planning and class-room decorating, so everything was ready for stu-dents' return and for them to begin their academicprogress in the new term.

尚未开学，老师们就开始携卷执笔为迎接学生返校忙碌起来一一教研培训学习、编写教案、制定教学计划、布置教室等，为新学期学生学业的进步和教学水平的提升做好充足准备。

Today, HIKSVS welcomed its eighth intake of new stu-dents for the academic year2024-2025, injecting new vigour and hope into the campus. The senior students are also full of new expectations, returning to school with exciting insights and newly developed skills from the holiday.

今天，华兰萨顿迎来了2024-2025学年第八届新生，为校园注入了新的活力与希望。学长学姐们也满怀期望，带着假期精彩的见闻和新解锁的技能，重返校园。

In the new term, HIKSVS will continue to provide rich academic resources and an innovative and support-ive learning environment to stimulate students' curi-osity and the desire to explore, and to develop critical thinking and skills to solve problems.
