家长引导孩子按照开学后的节奏循序渐进、积极调整作息规律与娱乐、学习安排等。

1 调整作息:引导孩子早睡早起,规律作息,按照开学后的节奏调整生物钟,以适应开学后的作息变化。

家长与孩子一同展望新学期,想想在新学期哪些学科需要特别关注,想要参加哪些社团,需要学习什么新的特长等,思考提前做哪些准备,包括准备错题本等文具,每天加强锻炼,从而明确新学期学习与生活目标。家长要有耐心,与孩子共同梳理。

过程导向做计划

根据新学期的目标,家长与孩子以过程为导向制订计划,而不是以分数等结果为导向制订计划。这样有助于孩子集中精力,关注过程,从而避免患得患失,最后成绩自然会得到提高,素养会得到提升。
Based on the goals of the new school term, parents and children make plans that are process oriented rather than outcome oriented such as marks. This will help the child to focus on the process, thus avoiding the pitfalls, and in the end, grades will improve and literacy will be enhanced.
同时,家长也要引导孩子以短期计划为周期,可以是2到3天的计划,也可以是1到2周的计划,以适应自己的节奏慢慢推进。家长避免由于自身焦虑而不停唠叨,耐心观察孩子的执行情况,肯定孩子的进步,看到孩子的成长,要耐心引导孩子反思调整,与孩子站在一起,向目标前进。
