On May 15th, at the campus Micro Summit Business Competition of Suzhou North American International Senior High School, Zou Silan and her team members Xu Jiarui, Zhu Zixin, Pan Zhenhao, Zhao Xiangyun, Chen Jiayu, and Liu Ruiqi excelled among many groups. Through a series of "business operations," they increased the total assets of a virtual company to over 160 million, standing out and earning the honor of "Champion Company.

They are responsible for mimicking the actual operations of a company, covering everything from production to business management in a comprehensive competition and decision-making environment. 角色分工与职责
参赛公司每支队伍由 4-7 名代表组成,每家公司需设立四种职能部门:
- CEO:负责整体运营决策与金融业务,统领公司发展方向。
- 产品经理:负责产品研发、原料开采和生产,确保产品从无到有。
- 运营经理:负责公司间的原料、产品、代工交易,维持产业链运转。
- 市场经理:负责市场调研与产品销售,将产品推向市场。
Each participating company is composed of 4-7 representatives, and each company must establish four functional departments:
CEO: Responsible for overall operational decisions and financial business, leading the company's development direction.
Product Manager: Responsible for product development, raw material mining, and production, ensuring the product is developed from scratch.
Operations Manager: In charge of transactions of raw materials, products, and subcontracting between companies, maintaining the operation of the supply chain.
Marketing Manager: Responsible for market research and product sales, pushing the product to the market.
