编者按：
欢迎原人大附中ICC外方学术校长Graham Turner校长加入青苗，担任青苗教育集团外方总校长。
他曾与青苗教育集团中方总校长、原人大附中ICC主任王淑艳女士共同工作六年。如今带着多年国际教育领导经验，他们作为最好的工作搭档再次并肩同行，相信他们必将为青苗教育事业的发展带来更多助力！
今天，我们带您走近Graham校长。

办学成绩卓越的国际教育领导者
在成为青苗教育集团外方总校长之前，Graham Turner校长的教育管理和研究足迹已遍布英国、美国、加拿大等国家。在扎根中国的十余年间，他先后曾在上海、浙江、北京等地担任知名国际学校的校长职务。
在他担任原人大附中ICC外方学术校长的五年间，学校的IBDP、A-Level和AP国际课程取得了巨大成功。
Graham Turner校长表示，全体教职员工带着共同愿景努力的过程就是对教学质量的保证，帮助学生们实现梦想、获得成功是育人的重要目标。

Graham Turner校长认为，最优质的国际化学校不仅需要拥有良好的课程结构、完备的教学支持、有效的学习跟踪，还要能够在学生需要时进行早期干预和支持。

展望未来，Graham Turner校长无比期待，在青苗，他将把工作重点放在优化课程结构，完善学习支持体系方面。
他将自己的角色定位于“助力者”，校长是“教师的教师”，他期待在青苗可以与老师、同事协同合作，不断进步。他强调，开放、接受成长和变化的心态至关重要，这样才能行稳致远。
“我无比期待着深入了解所有青苗人，家长、员工、学生。我会尽己所能让青苗变得更好，希望每个青苗人能够和我一起在新学期制定目标和计划，展现自己最积极正向的面貌。”

We are delighted to welcome Mr. Graham Turner, the former Academic Principal at the ICC RDFZ High School, as the new Foreign Principal of BIEG. His experience and expertise will undoubtedly become a huge plus to our continued education commitment. Today we outline an interview with Mr. Graham Turner, and find out a little about his experience and educational philosophy.

An experienced and outstanding
international education leader.
Prior to becoming the foreign principal of BIEG, Graham worked in the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada. During the last ten years in China, he worked as a principal in well-known international schools in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Beijing, and other places.
During his five years as the Academic Principal at the ICC RDFZ High School, the school’s IBDP, Cambridge A level and IGCSE courses, and the AP achieved great success.
As Graham stated, the quality of teaching and learning can only be achieved when all staff work together with clear goals and shared objectives. It should be a goal that we can help our young people realize their dreams and achieve success.

In his eyes, Chinese and Western educational philosophies are effectively integrated at BIBS.
Graham believes that a successful international school must have a well-structured curriculum; effective learning support; effective monitoring and tracking of student progress, and early intervention and support when students need it.
Graham has confidence and faith in BIBS, not least because of its 25 years of profound history, its excellent international Bilingual education from "kindergarten to high school", and because of its successes in the 24 campuses across the country.
Graham pointed out that all BIBS campuses have a very mature educational philosophy and strong teaching quality that successfully integrates Chinese and Western cultures. The values of "Love, Care, and Support" are deeply rooted in the faculty. BIBS has a vibrant learning environment which inspires every student and promotes their multicultural vision and positive learning mindset.

His education ideal is to ensure that support is in place for all students to help them realize high academic outcomes and achievement.
Graham believes that education is about providing direction, insight, and motivation for all our learners, as they navigate s constantly evolving world.
“We should work together with parents and teachers to help students acquire knowledge and skills. We should also work hard to consolidate their confidence, find happiness and love in their hearts, and help them become independent lifelong learners.” said Graham.
Graham strives to help every student to stay positive, and make sustained progress. He believes that it is essential that schools should support every student to become a confident independent learner, and enable them to achieve a "remarkable life and "happy life. Schools that achieve such goals qualify are successful schools.

March forward with BIBS,
going from strength to strength.
Graham is very excited to join BIBS, where his focus will be to optimze the curriculum structure, provide effective teaching, and improve learning support systems.
Graham sees himself as a support and mentor for colleagues, and as the principal, he aims to be the 'teacher’s teacher'. He is looking forward to collaborating with all our teachers and colleagues at BIBS. He stressed that an open and receptive attitude towards growth and change is crucial for the future.
“I look forward to getting to know all people at BIBS, parents, staff, and students. I will try my best to make BIBS even better, I hope that everyone will set personal goals for the new semester, and aim to show their strongest and most positive characteristics to help all of our students.”
