In many people's childhood memories, the principal was always dignified and unapproachable. The place where we see the principal is often on the podium, or in the office.

在许多人的童年记忆中，校长总是威风凛凛，不可靠近。我们看到校长的地方往往是在主席台上，或者是在办公室里。

But where can we see our dear principal Tim in BIS? We see him greeting the students at the school gate. We see him walking into classrooms to participate in the class activities. He even becomes an auctioneer to auction off students' paintings! When we see him, he is always with the students, smiling and full of energy.

To get better qualifications, I studied over 4 years in Switzerland, 2 years in Thailand, 8 years in Estonia, 6 weeks in Bali Indonesia, 3 years in Malaysia, and now this is my third year in China. “
